Uplifting the Lord in all things, the purpose of the CRUSADE FOR CHRIST is to evangelize and spread the good news of salvation to as many individuals as possible throughout the country and eventually the world. To this end, this CRUSADE is held in various parts of this country every two years with thousands of saints spreading the gospel via the mediums of daily Bible teachings, Constantly reaching new goals and horizons, a few of the CRUSADE’S objectives are as follows:

• Motivate and encourage members of the secular world to become Christians through cooperative evangelism.
  
• Bring together thousands of Christians and increase the interaction and cooperation of Christians throughout the brotherhood.
  
• Restore lost Christians to the fold.
  
• Increase the visibility of the Churches of Christ.
  
   Carry out the mission of Jesus Christ.
  
  It is through the careful executing of the above objectives that the Crusade for Christ is about the Lord’s business.

  CRUSADE FOR CHRIST

  The National Crusade for Christ will be hosted by the Kansas City Area Churches of Christ.  The actual Crusade will be held June 27 - July 2, 2009, however a number of exciting "Rallys" will help the unity and fellowship of our local congregations.
   
  The Crusade for Christ is a huge Soul Winning effort that has successfully provided "foot soldiers" to help evangelize the households around the local congregations.  We have started organizing and planning for the months ahead.  Our prayer is that the Lord will bless us with the unity needed to bring glory and many souls to his kingdom.

  We Need & Want Your Participation

   
  There will be a Crusade Rally at the Swope Parkway Church, this Sunday, March 30 at 5:30 p.m.  (Apologize for the short notice). Purpose: fellowship, info sharing, unity, prayer.
   
  We would be encouraged if this could be a multi-cultural rally.  Please spread the word and encourage the participation of all our local congregations. (Especially YOU!)
